Please read these terms carefully before using the Zonzy platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Zonzy for voting, crowdfunding, or ticketing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Data Protection Act of Ghana. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Eligibility & Accounts
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate Identity and Contact Data. Using aliases to manipulate voting results is strictly prohibited.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Transactions: All payments for tickets or crowdfunding are processed via secure third-party gateways (Mobile Money/Cards).
- No Refunds: Unless explicitly stated by an event organizer or in the case of a verified technical error on our part, all ticket purchases and crowdfunding contributions are final and non-refundable.
4. Service-Specific Rules
- Crowdfunding: Zonzy acts as a facilitator. We do not guarantee that a campaign creator will complete their project; users contribute at their own risk.
- Ticketing: Digital tickets will be sent via email or SMS. Zonzy is not responsible for event cancellations or changes made by the organizer.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Interfere with the "Voting Integrity" protocols mentioned in our Privacy Policy.
- Scrape or harvest data from the platform without authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zonzy provides a platform "as is." We are not liable for:
- Loss of funds due to incorrect Mobile Money numbers provided by the user.
- Disputes between event organizers and ticket holders.
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
